Restaurant Milano Heidhof in Herzogenrath

I ordered 3 dishes 1. Dal Tadka, Chana Masala, and Paneer special. Instead of Dal Tadka I received Dal Makhni directly with the lentils recognizable, then instead of paneer special I received palak paneer and instead of chanamasala I received alu chola. Waiting time for deliveries> 60 minutes The food was delicious, unfortunately wrong fair! That doesn't work at all. Ordered something, got something else. Long delivery times. Good taste though

After 75 minutes of waiting our food was delivered, in retrospect, I would have preferred it not to have come. The only one who had anything to eat was my husband. He had pasta with salmon, which apparently tasted good, and his goulash soup. I didn't want to try either anymore. I had french fries with a salad and grilled lamb chops. Unfortunately they weren't grilled, but in a disgusting greasy puddle of oil full of fats. Nothing was grilled there. First you had to remove the meat from the fat on both sides with Zewa. After the first lamb chop, I decided to give the other 2 to our dog. The salad was ok although it is a cheap ready made dressing. But the Börner was house style lasagna. Or should we better say the house-style salt grease dish. Just abnormal. It only tasted like salt in fat. The end was that we dumped almost 40 euros in the garbage can and waited 75 minutes for it. Unfortunately, we then spent almost as long on the toilet to get rid of it. It didn't help that the lady who delivered it was very friendly and there was a free bottle of Coke. Unfortunately, considering the food, the bottle of Coke was the best of the order. For 38 euros, but unfortunately too expensive. Had also called, and said that the food was inedible, then on the phone they only said that one would be very sorry, and that they would pass it on to the kitchen, but that is of little use to me. That would have been better, we are sorry, but if you order from us again within the next week, we will accommodate you, as you were not satisfied this time. But nothing . So unfortunately I can't say whether it was just that bad this time. But that's why there won't be a next time. In 75 minutes I can prepare it myself 100 times better, and I've also saved money and spared my stomach. Sorry, but there was no better way to rate it. And what still needs to be mentioned, the fries were warm but mushy, but I think that's because they were in the packaging from Bierstrass to Kohlscheid. I already thought about that and also expected it. Thus lasagna like the house = inedible Lamb chops = inedible. ????

Great restaurant, delicious food. Everything has been renovated, great atmosphere. Definitely try and eat there :)

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied today. There was no salad for the schnitzel. The dressing was way too sour for my big salad (tasted like pure vinegar). My daughter's seafood salt was tiny. I emphasize that it was only this time. Otherwise we have always been satisfied. Too bad !! ?

I ordered pizza and pizza rolls today from Lieferando. The pizza was good but the rolls were half old.

Tipping is welcome, but if you ask for separate packaging for the sauce and meat, you are snappy and charge a surcharge of 10 euros. Didn't come with the extra charge but it was not separated as requested. Eat maximum average

Heinous and disgusting. I have never smelled and tasted such bad food in my life.1. When I opened the Spagetti Frutti di Mare, a really cruel smell came up. So bad it gets really bad. After the first bite, you had to throw away the food. Not just in the garbage, but directly in the garbage can outside the house. The smell has contaminated the whole house. Food is never fresh in life. 2. The Spagetti Bolognese smelled similarly disgusting and are inedible. 3. It is an insolence that the main ingredients of dishes, like in my case Tortellini, are not written. It can't be that nowhere is mentioned that the tortellini is filled with pork. This is a literal mess. Never eat that bad again. This is a case for the health department.

Nice contact, but the star but the food is not recommendable. One can argue about taste but the fries were cold and mushy, the noodles tasteless and the sauce for the paprika cream schnitzel was something but not a fresh cream sauce! Never again

When we ordered 7 pizzas, we waited almost 3 hours for our order. When calling after 2 hours, it was pointed out that online ordering was already switched off. However, the amount has already been debited from the PayPal account. I have to say cheek!

The staff are very rude and do not accept criticism !!! Do NOT order from this restaurant. The "crispy" baguettes are totally soft and wet and smeared with butter. The food is unsalted and the shop is very dirty and broken. The best thing to do is to close the shop. When we three stars out of five gave us our honest opinion, they called and were not friendly at all. They put us under something they don't know about, so they should learn to deal with dissatisfied criticism before opening a shop. We also saw that we are not the only ones who were dissatisfied. Not at all okay, because the customer is always right and they should accept that we didn't like the food and the behavior of the employees.

UPDATE FROM 09.02.2020 (TODAY ORDER) The food was very tasty this time too, but the pizza bread was hard and not fresh as with my last order :-( Therefore, unfortunately, deduction of points! Hopefully it will be of the usual quality again next time :-) This meal proves that homemade does NOT taste better! I couldn't have cooked it better myself! Everything freshly prepared, roulades are soft, tender and juicy, plus a generous portion of boiled potatoes, red cabbage and salad! Pizza rolls with herb butter and pizza bread with tzaziki taste great! I haven't eaten such delicious herb butter and tzaziki for a long time! Food arrived hot! Highly recommended :-) We will not have ordered the last time here! Price performance ratio is simply great! Do you like my report? Then I would be very happy about a useful / helpful one :-)

Very large selection of dishes, especially the Indian dishes are highly recommended. Large portions and super friendly service, especially for children. We have been eating here for years and are always satisfied.

If there was a rating without a star I would do just that ... You order something and you get nothing ... With a little luck maybe something else. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Today orders around 22 clock, currently a permanent march between the toilet and bed. Stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting ...... the food was really bad ....... not recommended! Pizza was more than a greasy sponge, fries cold and greasy fried in old fat, we do not want to start sauces. If there were 0 stars, I would give minus 5! DISGUSTING!

Unfortunately, the food tastes absolutely not, the fries are wobbly, something I have never had on my plate. The food of my colleagues was not the hit. Anyone who likes it, gladly, I certainly would not order there anymore.

At that time, the owner met the doctor more than 10 years ago. He reported that he would open a restaurant. I was one of the first to try it and have never looked back. Since 2009 regular customer. Thank you!

Our favorite place if we do not feel like cooking. Indian highly recommended. The snack foods taste less. We always pick up the food. There we do not find food so comfortable.

One of my favourite places in the area! , the food is amazing and delicious, prices are just right and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
